“Wonderful hometown store! People are very friendly. Willing to help you find what you are looking for and answer questions. They will take time to listen, then help you find what you need. I couldn't find one item and tried looking there last. They explained that they don't make that replacement part. However, they offered a suggestion that worked beautifully! I was so happy and so was my dad who could finally use his tool again. You'll be surprised what all they have to offer!! Not only items at those big box stores but items those stores don't carry. Always shop local when you can!”
“I love Tractor Supply. I had just stopped for a bit at Rural King in Wooster to check their price on Layer Pellets, and it was so filthy and in such disrepair that I needed to stop here at Tractor Supply in Wooster just to make sure that the end of the world wasn't coming to all of rural America. Everything in this store was so neat, clean and organized. The employees were smiling and helpful. It's more like a destination than a store. Their Neighbors Rewards program by the way is awesome! Great coupon deals, free shipping two times every three months. FYI Tractor Supply had the best price on Layer Pellets per lb. so we loaded up.”

The managers are always a call away if any questions needed answered. If they didn’t have the answer right then and there they would be go above and beyond to get you the answer you need. The company also covers your medical insurance not just for you but your family as well. Small story the owner asked me if there was anything I needed to make my job easier, I told him I really could use a magnetic broom for steel shavings. “This place is so close to home. Every time I shop here I learn all the products they carry, which is more than I would have thought. It is starting to be the place I check first on more and more items. They not only carry name brands but their own also, which I have found to be good very good. The owners and associates are very friendly and helpful.”
