The owner is continuously making improvements to ensure safety and quality work environment. For me personally I look forward going to work, the employees in the shop are like a big extended family. The managers are always a call away if any questions needed answered. If they didn’t have the answer right then and there they would be go above and beyond to get you the answer you need. The company also covers your medical insurance not just for you but your family as well. Small story the owner asked me if there was anything I needed to make my job easier, I told him I really could use a magnetic broom for steel shavings. The owner pulled out his phone, allowed me to choose the one I wanted and had it there the next day. Those are reasons why I choose to work for Allfasteners”
“It used to be that if You needed nuts bolts hardware You could count on Napa,Lately even Napa doesn't bother restocking small much needed items.The discount parts stores only offer assortment packs and seldom can You find what You need.Although this awesome store had to become part of a discount chain they try hard to still offer all that they used to and they are the last TRUE remaining parts store in this town.They are much appreciated...and they are all great people full of automotive knowledge.”
“Great experience at Ace today. Car ran low on oil and went in to get some to top it off. Met a very friendly helpful sales associate who not only showed me where to find the oil, but came outside, checked my car to make sure I'd get the correct oil and then helped fill the oil tank. Thank you!!!”

When completing a transaction and handing customers their receipt, it would be great if the cashier could make eye contact and offer a friendly farewell like 'have a nice evening' or 'please come again.' “I needed 4 hoses for a faucet change. My size was empty among the 60 other hoses. I asked an employee Marylin for help. She checked overstock above and no luck. She checked inventory and said there was 72 in stock. She didn't give up and spent a lot of time helping me. She found them next aisle over under faucets. The only size hose there.....20 .....all by themself. 15 minutes of great help and did not give up. Thanks Marylin”

“The people working in this particular store are very helpful and happy. I can't stand places where the workers are acting as if they're doing you a favor to help you. This is not that place! They have the items I want in stock. This store is worth driving out of your way to shop. It also gives me a chance to eat at the Chinese buffets in Medina. (My wife hates buffets)”
