The owner is continuously making improvements to ensure safety and quality work environment. For me personally I look forward going to work, the employees in the shop are like a big extended family. The managers are always a call away if any questions needed answered. If they didn’t have the answer right then and there they would be go above and beyond to get you the answer you need. The company also covers your medical insurance not just for you but your family as well. Small story the owner asked me if there was anything I needed to make my job easier, I told him I really could use a magnetic broom for steel shavings. The owner pulled out his phone, allowed me to choose the one I wanted and had it there the next day. Those are reasons why I choose to work for Allfasteners”

“The guys in the store are very helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to provide good, safe service with respect to supply of various gases, welding supplies, airline recipient, valves, welders, etc. They also have products specials on common consumer gases like propane.”

“I was absolutely floored by the customer service Olivia showed me today.

I stopped in to grab a few parking lot deals, two boxes of nitrile gloves and a pick and hook set. I also grabbed another Pittsburgh 1/2” torque wrench because the one I had at home had stopped working. Since it was only about $20, I didn’t think much of it and was just going to buy a new one.

That’s when Olivia mentioned that Pittsburgh torque wrenches have a lifetime warranty and that if mine ever stopped working, I could simply bring it in and exchange it. My mind was blown!! I told her I actually had the old one sitting in my car, brought it back inside, and she exchanged it without any hassle whatsoever.

On top of that, I had coupons for the items I was buying, and Olivia noticed one of them wasn’t the best coupon available. She pointed it out, I looked again, found the correct one, and ended up saving an extra $3! In today’s economy, every dollar counts!!

Thanks to Olivia’s knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help, I spent about $18 instead of nearly $40. She could have easily stayed quiet and let me buy a new torque wrench and pay more, but instead she went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal possible.

“It used to be that if You needed nuts bolts hardware You could count on Napa,Lately even Napa doesn't bother restocking small much needed items.The discount parts stores only offer assortment packs and seldom can You find what You need.Although this awesome store had to become part of a discount chain they try hard to still offer all that they used to and they are the last TRUE remaining parts store in this town.They are much appreciated...and they are all great people full of automotive knowledge.”
