“The store representative was wonderful. We accomplished more in this one visit than hours on the phone with customer and a visit to another store. The representative not only helped get the port number we needed but took the extra step of updating the account for easy access in the future. He was so kind and we weren't buying anything. He didn't need to help but he solved all our issues. We gratefully appreciate the kindness shown at this store and recommend this store for Cricket.”

“As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :)”
