“Technically, I have never gotten my car repaired here. But I can tell right off of the bat that they are very professional and honest by how they operate. I took my car to two other shops that claimed that my car needed it's rear struts replaced. Something intuitively seemed off about both their diagnosis, so I then decided to take my car to H-A specialists for a third opinion. They said that the struts were still in proper working order-no leaks- instead of trying to sell me scare tactics or convince me that my car was in dire need of rescue.
Their Garage seems to give off a very efficient, no thrills vibe: No flashy signs or advertising bombardment, everyone is low key, literal and straight to the point- no plastic salesmanship or fake smiles.”

“Great experience with Direct Mobile Service for a sound system upgrade in an older car. Tedd was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I called, explained that I had already purchased all the parts and components, and he gave me a quote for labor and set up an appointment—all within five minutes. I had some questions when I dropped the car off, and he thoughtfully explained what could and could not be done (and why). Thrilled with the install too. Everything works great and no apparent damage to my vehicle. My only gripe is that I was quoted one number over the phone and it ended up being about 15% more expensive when the bill came due (beyond taxes). Still not sure why, but I felt it was a fair price and didn't push back. Going to use him again to install some dash cams on a new car.”

The team made the whole process such an easy part of the whole situation of being in two car accidents not even 24hours apart. They kept us up to date with text messages and gladly answered any of our 100 questions we had!

Mr. Jones will teach your kids about the real world and teach give them real life skills. Easy to get a job after completing this course.”
“i went to this autozone to see what was wrong with my battery. come to find out my battery was bad and wouldn’t hold a charge. i tried to use my credit card but it didn’t work. i was 5 seconds away from having a breakdown in the store and the store manager had me show one of the employees my car. he gave me a battery for free because he hates when he can’t help. i got in my car and sobbed because it was the nicest thing i’ve ever experienced. i can’t thank them enough for what they did and for being so helpful when i was trying to purchase the battery.”

“Apparently I have a rare Nissan which I wasn't aware of. Went there looking for a specific transmission shifter cable retaining clip, and they were a bit baffled since my car came up a "special build." But they didn't give up, went and matched up my retaining clip by hand with their inventory and sent me on my way.Very nice and helpful, even though it was their lunch break.”

“I prefer this dealership for my Audi needs, Things haven’t been as great as they once were but Pat is a good guy who has taken care of me and my family for years. This is the oldest Audi dealer after all. They seem to have things dialed in pretty smoothly with service and never have a problem meeting deadlines. Dealer service isn’t ideal but sometimes you need to bring your car in for warranty work!”
