“I had some paint damage appear on my bumper (thanks, stranger 😅), and my husband recommended Padula’s Body Shop, so I stopped in for a quote.
They were able to get me in right away, and when the work was completed, it actually came in below the amount I was originally quoted. I realize I got lucky with the circumstances, but they easily could have charged me the full quoted amount, and they chose to be fair instead.
I really appreciate the kindness, honesty, and integrity they showed throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely treats people right.
Hopefully I won’t need body work again anytime soon, but if I do, Padula’s will absolutely be my first call! Highly recommend!”
“Excellent service and the work was done in less than a day. I had one other estimate before I came here and the price was doubled at the other center. These guys were friendly and efficient. Very happy with the work and price. Hope I never need body work again on my car, but if I do...this is the place to go!”
“I cannot brag enough about the detailed work they did on my car. Super high-quality, anttention to detail and friendly. Price was very reasonable. My 2006 car looks like a brand new car!”

“I'm visiting Akron on family business and was given Custom Auto as a recommendation from hotel staff. It was the best recommendation I've received in a long time. The owner, Vic, was kind, professional and very charismatic and he cleaned my car to perfection. Check him out if you have a moment. You won't be disappointed!Services: Vacuuming”

“This is a great NAPA. Mike took care of a warranty issue I had with a radiator i had purchased from NAPA online. No hassle at all and had a replacement transferred to this store within a few hours and ready for me to pick up. Highly Highly recommend dealing with these guys.”
“Good experience at Serpentini Tallmadge.
The staff were friendly and receptive. We were assisted by Ilyass. He was attentive to any concerns and knowledgeable about the vehicles.
The process was timely and straight forward.”

“Extremely friendly courteous
Crazy back for a 53 foot OTR truck
When you come up to the facility on your left, pass it and cut in between two businesses to the left and come up on the back street to the left side
Overnight parking at the end of this street and is a dead end”
“Coldest day of the year and of course I had an issue with some damage to the front bumper of my car. I tried to remedy it with zip ties but that failed. So they went above and beyond to temporarily fix it so I could drive, and they did not have to do that for me. Very grateful and this will be the first place I go for any auto parts needs from now on.”
“I stopped in for new wipers. The sales associate couldn’t have been more kind or helpful. He looked up the size, helped me pick a good pair, and installed them for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend.”
“Went in for a blinker bulb and came out with that, plus knowledge, plus a new trusted go to named Michael!!
Thank you for providing that “small town” feel in a day and age that seems to have lost sight of customer service! You rock!!”

“OMG! I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Summit. They not only helped fit me for my neck protector for racing-they helped with the application of it. They also helped me to pick out the best quick release for my helmet. I recently got accepted to the Frank Hawley's school of drag racing. The staff was so helpful and took so much time with me. Every time I've ever shopped at Summit, the staff has been exceptional. Whether it's through phone call or in person in Tallmadge, Ohio. I wish that I could give more than five stars.”
