“There was an issue with my order showing up on the system. Nakia jumped into action to help me immediately. Once it was confirmed I'd paid for it she got to work. I never had to repeat the order, she took one look at the screenshot and had it done. Professional, kind and great quality! This was on a Sunday at 10:30 and the store was super busy but she handled everything with such grace! Give her a raise and hire 4 more women like her❤”

“Well I went in there to bye 2016 batteries they wanted $7.19 for just one and I needed two... And the two pack of batteries was $10.79.. I mean I get that they're open all night long but that is ridiculous so I went to Mark's and bought a two pack for $3.25.. so four stars that they're open 24 hours. but I'm only going to give two stars for their prices”

“John I think you rated the wrong Circle K that location doesn't carry pints of ice-cream. They only carry ice cream cones and ice cream bars. You had to mistakenly rated the wrong location.”
“I love this location. The manager is wonderful and everyone greets me when I come in. Very well stocked and super clean. The pharmacy is also fantastic and they have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. You have a great staff. Please make sure that you give them all the praise that they deserve!”
“I don't know any gas station around that has more CBD products and also nicotine vape products and the deals on the nicotine vape products are better than anywhere around if you buy two. Also they have more variety than you would expect from a gas station. It's literally vape shop and the gas station and so you got everything you need.”
“Typical Circle K. Coffee is good. Small convenience selection. I can't stand the self checkout station they have and force you to use. This is designed to reduce the amount of employees they have working at a time. It's not effective as the employee working is them stuck trying to stock and ring up customers and then help every customer at the self check out which never ever works correctly. I had one item last time and it ring it up as something ridiculous.
Stop being cheap and stick to employing enough people to safely and efficiently work the stores.”

“Get gas, and then Getgo-ing! Fast and easy and cheap, like me. Oh.Cheap gas and good gas as well, delightfully available late night in the middle of the Akron area, and right in the middle of one of my favourite parts of Ohio, and the heart of NE Ohio as far as I'm concerned, with all the memories from the old days.I come here on a regular basis when I'm in town and get cheaper gas than elsewhere in Ohio for the most part, at this station and others in the area.”
“This is usually the location that I frequent. Most professional Associates and usually the cleanest. But lately there's been a strange old man lingering every night by the pop machines. It makes it very uncomfortable to be in there because he doesn't leave people alone and is constantly trying to make conversation. Isn't there a rule about loitering”

“Fast once you're in, but refuse to take insurance card info over the phone. I worked in a pharmacy for 5 years and took thousands of cards over the phone during that time. It makes no sense to force people to come in and wait 10 minutes as the line piles up behind them, when it takes 30 seconds over the phone and could be a quick in and out. And checking in at the register wasted time because they had to void/couldn't use until they were done with me... Lots of places to improve, but the staff is great in person.”

“Stopped in for the first time today. Very unassuming from the outside, but the cashier is extraordinarily friendly and helpful and I have a really good selection of wine. Much better than I would've expected. I will return!”
