I can find most the necessities I need and I like a small store that's easy to get around and in/out. Lately though, cashiers 40+ won't greet you or say thank-you and I even got the heavy sigh when I stepped over to her counter. Customer service needs much improvement from the older women.”

“Walgreens drug store is where I go to get all of my prescriptions filled, get any OTC drugs that I may need, first aid products, vitamins, hygiene items, basically this is where I go for everything you would expect a drug store to carry. I normally always use the Walgreens Store in Barberton but this time I was out of my area for the weekend and needed some Dr. Scholl’s shoe inserts, Walgreens always has well stocked shelves with a very large selection and large variety of merchandise, I was really impressed with this Walgreens store, obviously they have good management and the staff that I spoke with were helpful, friendly and professional. So, if your in Cuyahoga Falls and need to find a drug store I highly recommend this Walgreens location over any of the other drug stores in the area, they’ll probably have what your looking for and their prices are definitely competitive and comparable to other local drug stores, and in a lot of cases their cheaper. If your not already a regular customer of Walgreens, this store will definitely make you one.”

“I've tried about a dozen pharmacies in the area between me and my family, and this is by far the best. They have always been so kind and helpful in many ways when I go in. Just this last week I went in to get 90 day fills of some new scripts and Brianna went through each with me, double checking GoodRX and her systems deals to get me the best prices. She saved me so much money and was so kind.I don't go anywhere else.”

“Yelpers, listen up! You gotta read this!The pharmaceutical staff here are amazing! I went in to get a prescription that I hadn't even called in from another location. I was politely and patiently asked for my information and told I would have to wait one hour because they were so booked. I gladly waited, just happy they could fill it for me on such short notice.During the wait time, I observed the atmosphere of their work environment. In short, it was beautiful. Even though probably short staffed and overwhelmed they maintained patient, humble and kind spirits. I saw one employee who had at least ten orders to fill, probably more, carefully place them on the counter to start organizing and filling them. The main pharmacist, BUGAJ (I hope I spelled that right), quickly and efficiently answered calls, transferred prescriptions and made necessary arrangements for the establishment to continue running smoothly.My name was called and as I arrived to the counter I thanked the sweet staff member who apologized for my long wait. How sweet, huh?! I was the one who didn't do things correctly, not them! In short (lol), this is the type of atmosphere I can rest in and not be stressed; the type of staff that realize customers may not do everything correctly but still do their best in spite of our shortcomings. Life hasn't been smooth sailing for a lot of us but CVS, you made it a lot smoother for me. Thank you.”
