“Klines is a great pharmacy ! They have been open longer than I have been alive and the people that work there are very nice! I have had a couple bad situations with a young lady that works in pharmacy, she was so rude and was treating me very poorly and bad. I not one time respond back with any bad attitude or did I treat her badly back like she was with me. And she also told me my refill can’t be filled to Monday. I responded back with they I no the laws etc! This is my last refill anyways on this medicine bottle an I am allowed to get it filled 2 days early with my original day is monday may 6 2024 that day would be 30 days l! But I was told that today 2 days earlier I’m allowed to get filled and my insurance will clear it to be filled and I always have a copay like thing I don’t remember what it’s called but covers some of the refill and I have to pay like 10 dollars as a copay or something ! O”

“There was a little wait, which I expected since that gas price was a lot less then everywhere else. I do like how you can scan a QR code at the pump and pay from your phone and get your receipt emailed to you”

“I was very impressed by the staff and Service at the pharmacy today when I was picking up prescriptions for my husband after surgery. I was also very impressed by their selection of healthy snacks, including protein, instant coffee powder, protein, liquid, cold, coffee, drops, and an incredible selection of protein Snacks that have an awesome protein to calorie ratio. It’s nice to have healthier options while picking up prescriptions and visiting a hospital.”

“Well I went in there to bye 2016 batteries they wanted $7.19 for just one and I needed two... And the two pack of batteries was $10.79.. I mean I get that they're open all night long but that is ridiculous so I went to Mark's and bought a two pack for $3.25.. so four stars that they're open 24 hours. but I'm only going to give two stars for their prices”

“I almost did not try this store because the only review about it is very negative. I found the store to be very clean, stocked well, and staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. I have shopped at Market District for years in a nearby town because there was no other option. I tried Market District several times in Cuyahoga Falls and was very disappointed. I am glad to have found Acme.”

“In the time we have used Giant Eagle Pharmacy we have had fantastic experience with the services of the staff. They are willing to answer questions and help with any issues we have faced through out the years. They walked us through 4 life threatening illnesses. They were there to get the medications we needed and any items we needed. We count them as an important part of our health journey”

“I've never had a bad experience. They do a fairly good job of making things smooth. They do have a bad habit, from the customers perspective, where they always seem to send away to their overnight / overflow filler and the following day they give you a different white and clear bag, even though they've always had whatever it is in stock at the store.”

“Fast once you're in, but refuse to take insurance card info over the phone. I worked in a pharmacy for 5 years and took thousands of cards over the phone during that time. It makes no sense to force people to come in and wait 10 minutes as the line piles up behind them, when it takes 30 seconds over the phone and could be a quick in and out. And checking in at the register wasted time because they had to void/couldn't use until they were done with me... Lots of places to improve, but the staff is great in person.”
