Met with the branch manager Laura (who is truly a character in the best possible way, yet still highly professional) and business banker Dave who was very friendly and knowledgeable also. “This bank is absolutely amazing. I had issues trying to set up an account online and totally screwed it up. I went into this particular branch and was helped by a wonderful woman by the name of Leah Campailla, branch banker. She not only got my account squared away but did it in a professional manner so that I didn't feel like I was an idiot. Thank you Leah. My only complaint is that I cannot access my online banking. No worries though, I know all I have to do is go see the people at my branch on Monday morning and it will be taken care of. Also , there are no Saturday hours so that's a bummer to have to wait until Monday morning. Otherwise, a top notch institution.”

“The personnel at the bank could not be kinder, more professional or more helpful than they are. The drive-by ATM is down occasionally, but only for brief periods; it's a minor inconvenience. Whoever heard of anything electrical or mechanical that worked perfectly all the time? The only real beef I had was the condition of the access driveway and the pavement surrounding the bank, which was quite poor for a long time. But this has now been corrected by a complete repaving, so it is no longer an issue. I am John C. Fazio, Mary's husband, and I'm OK with this bank.”
