“Jacob ROCKS!!! I had a terrible experience with the branch in Solon, and online, being disconnected and then the branch at Solon with 7 employees in the branch, not willing to help. Told me to call back and make an appointment. I said but I'm here now. The teller said I cant help you and that's what I suggest. I called Macedonia and this ANGEL, JACOB, says I can help you not a problem, and if I cant help, I will have someone assist you!!! Awesome customer service. I get there and he is just as sweet in person. It took less than 2 mins! He made my not so pleasant day a lot brighter! Thank you Jacob!”
