If I needed help with making physical changes they were there to help. Since I needed to close the office I have maintained a mailbox there and they continue to be helpful and courteous.”

“Today I visited the UPS store cuz I had to fax some papers I walked into the store and was greeted automatically by Camryn and Chad the experience I had today was great they both were very helpful very polite very professional and they seem to care about their customers which you don't see that everyday they were helpful in letting me know the pricing and the details of the purchases I will definitely go back to the UPS Store on State Road in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio because I love and like the personalities of Camryn and Chad they are two outgoing employees I have ever seen in a customer service facility I would recommend going to them.
