We came to Al Spitzer and they were nothing but welcoming as soon as we walked in. We called ahead and they had the car pulled up and in the parking lot ready to be driven for a test drive. Throughout the process, everyone was exceptional- you could tell they all genuinely cared and had our family in their best interests unlike other place who treat you like your a transaction. They made the process fun, easy, and met all of our needs and then some. “Fast, thorough and efficient place!!! I REALLY needed an oil change and had recently received a coupon via email so, why not?!? When I got there, there were cars getting worked on in both bays with additional vehicles waiting; gentleman waved me to which line I needed to go to & came to car to inform me that they were working on vehicles and would get to mine as soon as they can; I only waited for 20 minutes which to me is awesome and while I was waiting they had a supply delivery so YES I didn't have to wait long!!! I could tell the guys were doing an amazing job because I could hear them communicating with each other on what was done, looked good etc; when they were done, the gentleman went over everything that they did to the vehicle and also let me know that my battery, tires, brakes and wiper blades looked good; will definitely make this my go to place for regular oil changes!!!!”
