“I got an inexpensive oil change and a great deal on four tires for my 2022 Maverick. Waiting area is very spacious and comfortable, has a tv in a smaller room so the sound is contained which I appreciate. Free coffee as well. Friendly but professional workers. All good.”
“You have good service and then you have a staff that truly goes over and beyond to leave you speechless and stunned. I’ve been doing business with this location for the last 4-5 years and I have to give credit where credit is due. Brett, Autumn, and Tyler are nothing short of exemplary. They always offer any assistance they can when I have an issue or have an emergency. Their lead mechanic, Steve, has also been of great assistance a time or two. “Amazing mechanic in general especially for women. Often when looking for mechanics I feel I’m potentially being scammed but RJs is the most honest mechanic I’ve come across, they are genuinely passionate about cars and hard work. On top of that, they got me in an extremely timely manor and finished my cars work quicker than I ever could’ve asked for. The price is as good as it can get when it comes to auto repair. “Specifically requested they used care in not getting oil and fingerprints on the matte black paint on my 2019 Challenger. After I left, I noticed oily fingerprints all over the hood which now requires special cleaning process at an additional cost to me to get the oil removed!”
“Had front brakes replaced at 54000 miles after having rear brakes replaced at 32000 miles by Millers. Rear brakes are at 94% after 2 years, expect same from the front

“Larry is very communicative & able to fix up my car within the short time frame I requested. He offers a wide variety of tires, including good quality tires for a great price. My AC compressor required replacing & I’d been quoted $2k at other places; they were able to fix it up for much less. Highly recommend!”

He corrected something that to us was serious and possibly expensive, but to him it was just a quite literal 2 minute fix, he charged us nothing. Ever since that beyond wonderful first encounter, they have been our mechanic for years and years. “We drove an hour away from home to go car shopping at a different location and it was the worst experience ever, we were really hesitant to keep shopping for the day but decided to give it a go. We came to Al Spitzer and they were nothing but welcoming as soon as we walked in. We called ahead and they had the car pulled up and in the parking lot ready to be driven for a test drive. Throughout the process, everyone was exceptional- you could tell they all genuinely cared and had our family in their best interests unlike other place who treat you like your a transaction. They made the process fun, easy, and met all of our needs and then some. When the deal was done, the gave our car another detail (not that it needed it because it was already clean) and filled up the tank. 12/10 recommended Al Spitzer Akron!”
“Fast, thorough and efficient place!!! I REALLY needed an oil change and had recently received a coupon via email so, why not?!? When I got there, there were cars getting worked on in both bays with additional vehicles waiting; gentleman waved me to which line I needed to go to & came to car to inform me that they were working on vehicles and would get to mine as soon as they can; I only waited for 20 minutes which to me is awesome and while I was waiting they had a supply delivery so YES I didn't have to wait long!!! I could tell the guys were doing an amazing job because I could hear them communicating with each other on what was done, looked good etc; when they were done, the gentleman went over everything that they did to the vehicle and also let me know that my battery, tires, brakes and wiper blades looked good; will definitely make this my go to place for regular oil changes!!!!”

“I started out at the Solon shop. I arrived there Sunday at 8:30 in the morning. I waited for somebody to arrive. The store opened at nine. There was only one person there. They couldn’t open the store because he didn’t have a helper to watch out for safety purposes. So I went across town to the Twinsburg shop where I was greeted by two very nice young man who immediately pulled me into the bay and started taking care of my issue. I was grateful that they were there because they knew what they were doing and they took care of all my needs.”

“Inside it was so tranquil. Warm and clean. It had such a nice hushed atmosphere like when you walk into a quiet museum. My wife and I felt that we should whisper. Such a pleasant change from the overly crowded in-your-face crappy food and junk snacks. You can watch the cars getting washed which the kids thought was the best! Outside it was so clean. An employee was walking around. He was neat and very presentable with his clean uniform tucked in. He greeted me as he walked by and was cleaning the pump guards.
Overall this was a totally different experience at a gas station and I told my wife I’m now officially spoiled.”
“They were quick, friendly and took care of my vehicle. I left it to them to find a bulb for my front light that was out. I asked them to give me the cheapest, and they did. I was very happy. Someone called me as soon as they were done. Unlike other places were they finish and just don't call. I've had that happen several times.”
