“Super nice and helpful! I'm from out of town and needed a quick sensor replacement. Even though this location's mechanic, the only one who can do the job, called out today, they called their other 2 locations to try and squeeze me in. Unfortunately they were all booked up today and tomorrow, and I can't stay long enough for their availability. I recommend them and would go back because I was impressed with the knowledge and efforts to assist, especially being from out of town”
“Nick and the whole crew are great. Nick replied to my emails very quickly and was able to get me in for a tire mount/balance the same day. He was friendly and professional when I dropped off my wheels and tires. The tech helped me unload and totally understood these wheels are rare, expensive and in pristine condition and assured me he would take good care of them. Most shops would just let them on the concrete floor but he went and got padded mats before setting them down. This is the kind of attention to detail I LOVE to see and is so rare.
Loading up was quick and effortless with help from a tech putting the wheels back in my truck. This is my new go-to shop for tire mounting and balancing. Thank you, guys!”

“My first visit to this Sam's Club..... shout out to Earl, Sam's Club employee, who was so hospitable and enthusiastic about helping me to find products..... a true asset to Sam's Club corporation! Cashier, Tonae, was very friendly and welcoming! True assets to Sam's Club! Linda, hostess at front door was very friendly and welcoming! This Sam's Club has beautiful kitchen appliances on floor. “Barbara Tucker was most helpful in assessing my car’s alignment. She also tried to get another Goodyear credit card for me as mine was closed because of inactivity. Unfortunately, even upon using a new access code, she was not able to do that. She sent me home with an 800 number to call. That was ok.
The rep did not speak English very well and told me to go to the store as he could not help me. I also tried applying over the website but was not successful.
So, I will continue to use my Mastercard from my local bank. Kudos to Barbara for a valiant effort.”

Store manager Jason Roush and the staff are all super nice, explain everything in terms that I can understand and service my car with efficiency and expertise that you should always expect from an auto service center.”
“I ran over a nail yesterday evening causing a steady air leak. I dropped off the vehicle at Tire Choice Auto Service in Cuyahoga Falls overnight as it is close to my home. I showed up in the morning to explain what happened. The young men there were very helpful and told me they'd take care of the leak right away. They called a couple hours later and said the car was ready to go. They did not charge me anything which is rare these days and the tire is fixed. Thank you to everyone at Tire Choice! Highly recommend!”
