“Super nice and helpful! I'm from out of town and needed a quick sensor replacement. Even though this location's mechanic, the only one who can do the job, called out today, they called their other 2 locations to try and squeeze me in. Unfortunately they were all booked up today and tomorrow, and I can't stay long enough for their availability. I recommend them and would go back because I was impressed with the knowledge and efforts to assist, especially being from out of town”
“Thank for the quick excellent work on my 2015 Fusion. I needed shocks and ur team saved me money, and it was finished in less than 3 hours. Amazing. I thank you.”
“Millennium Transmission is the absolute best car repair shop you will ever find! Ziad is the most honest and professional owner and mechanic! Truly an awesome car repair experience!”
“These people are honest, hard working, and absolutely hard working people. They do excellent work and I think they are super knowledgeable, and respectful people.”
“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICES!!! Called this morning and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule for a front wheel alignment. They let me drop it off early! So accommodating and friendly. Totally recommend. Thank you so much. I appreciate you!”
“To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?
Kudos Discount Tire.”
“This tire shop is legit. It's located right off the freeway on Copley Road. I was able to pull right up and get my tires swapped out. At first I thought they only sold used tires but I called ahead and they were able to order in the exact tires that I requested. It took about 1 business day for the tires to come in. You can check out the before and after photos below. They were just finishing another car so I was able to pull right up. The whole process only took about 30 minutes. I was able to do it during my lunch break which was nice. I didn't realize how bad my tires were until the new ones were on. So much quieter and smoother. I recommend and will be back.”
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Decent Treads to purchase a set of tires, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the owner provided me with excellent options that better suited my needs than what I initially considered. His expertise and recommendations made the decision-making process so much easier.
The service was incredibly fast and efficient, which I truly appreciated. However, the real test came when I discovered that one of the tires had a leak shortly after my purchase. With a trip out of town looming, I was worried about how to handle it. I reached out to my parents, who were able to run up to the shop on my behalf. To my relief, the owner resolved the issue quickly and even offered another option in case the tire wasn’t up to par.
I want to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by the owner and his team. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience exceptional. I highly recommend Decent Treads for anyone in need of tires or tire services. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!”
