Bath & Body Works offers an excellent selection of lotions, body washes, and fragrances. The store is always clean and the staff are helpful, kind, and friendly, providing fabulous customer service. Associates assist with finding items and the checkout process is fair. While this location is fairly smaller, the employees diligently manage crowd control. Great deals can be found, especially by using the app, ensuring customers never walk out unhappy or empty handed.
The sales at Christmas weren't thst good, but their products are always great and the scent lasts a long time.

The store is very small, needs to be bigger so ppl can move around when they have sales. Other than that... customer service is on point. Even the customer service over the phone was pleasant too.

absolutely love coming in here! the staff at this location are always so kind and eager to help you in any way you need! Heather in particular is so amazingly patient and kind! her bubbly personality was infectious, and really brightened our day! thank you for not making me feel bad for taking up time at the register!
