Kroger Pharmacy in Dayton, OH is staffed with professionals dedicated to helping people lead a healthier life. The pharmacists do more than prepare prescriptions; they offer advice, perform clinical services, and administer vaccinations including flu shots, the shingles vaccine, and more. Convenient online tools make it easy to manage prescriptions. The associates and people that are here are the best, described as so kind and more than helpful. They take great care of customers. However, the pharmacy and store are often under staffed, which is not the workers' fault. This can lead to a waiting time of 10 to 30-plus minutes. The workers do their best. This Kroger location is convenient, clean, and much nicer than it used to be after upgrades. It has a large selection of food, which is appreciated by those with allergies, and usually has some of the lowest prices around. A loyal shopper notes the quality of the food is great. A frustration is the lack of cashiers, making self-scan necessary often. Another frustration is that the store consistently closes about 10 minutes early, before its posted 11 PM time, which is extremely annoying. The early presence of the stocking crew, around 7 or 8 PM, can also be inconvenient. There is hope that stores will return to 24-hour operation.

People that are here are the best! So kind and more than helpful. Past covid and still hard to get people to work! However THEY TAKE GREAT CARE IF ME! Thank you to those who CHOSE to work today!

If I could give this -10 stars I would. You will not find a slower pharmacy or drive through. Be prepared to wait in excess of 10 minutes per vehicle.
