“Been on the road and saw the first review, always better to go locally owned first. Got in quick, had few people checking everything and they performed the oil change at same rate been charged elsewhere, as I travel a lot and have to do it way too often. Even identified an issue been hearing for awhile that nobody else has been able to say what it was. They definitely know how to work as a team here, recommend for sure.”

“Bought four tires for my utility trailer got a good price didn't have to wait to get them put on had an appointment they started right away pointed out that I had a wire broken on my trailer brakes and help me fix it really dedicated to safety here even used a torque wrench to check torque on all the wheels which is not usual for most places great family-owned business you should use them if you need tires and any other items done to your vehicle they have excellent service even the city of Dayton uses them for various services that should tell you something about how good their service is”

“Original review - 1 star: To begin, I believe the quality of service was good and met my expectations. What did not meet my expectations was the lack of transparency with the pricing. My diesel oil change and fuel filter service cost was nearly $160 more than the estimate I was given for the services. I have purchased several trucks and thousands of dollars of service from Germain Ford but If this is the way I will be treated by this dealership then I will never return.Update - 4 stars: Germain reached out to me and told me that they had indeed overcharged me due to a "glitch" in the system. They not only credited the overcharge back to me but also gave me reward points for the aggravation. I don't know how the overcharge happened but they made it right this time, so I'm changing my rating.”
“I went in on Monday asking if they had any available slots for a tire change, a guy, cant remember his name but he had a beard, told me they didn't because they were short staffed and to come back the next day. It wasn't an issue for me but he came out to my car with me to check the tire to make sure it actually needed changed, since it was on the sidewall it did, but I appreciate him looking!
I came back today to get it changed, they didn't have the tire I wanted :( but they had one in stocks that had a simular price point so it wasn't a huge deal. Sat there for around 40ish minutes and everything was good. Tires looked great and the drive was smooth. I appreciate all the hard work! The lady at the counter was very kind.
The only reasons I left out a star was because my tire didn't get put aside for me to have the next day and when I tried calling before I went in on Monday to make sure they had a spot nobody picked up, which was a little inconvenient. However I get being busy and forgetting little things so I'm really not upset about it.”
