I am legally blind, so I am able to walk up to this location which I have done quite frequently and every time that I have gone there I walk around and around and around the store trying to find things without anybody asking me if I need any help in fact, it’s quite the opposite one girl was hiding all the way in the back of the store what she was doing I have no idea, but somebody who said they didn’t work at the store did go and ask her to help me. I told her that I needed Appropriate treats for my new puppy and then she quickly said so you want something for your cat and I said no my dog a puppy and then she said with a smart attitude well, you’re in the cat section.! I was in the cat section because I had walked all over the store, looking for somebody to help me and she happen to be at the very back in one of the aisles. On one of my other visits, I did have a man who was extremely friendly at the checkout. I have tried to support my local retail stores, but from now on, I will be ordering online from chewy or Amazon. I have already spent $400 between the two online venues.

You can really tell he values his job just by how clean the tanks were and how healthy the fish are. Definitely recommend coming here for your freshwater aquarium. My 2 kitties bunked together in one of the large condos. 3 levels, ladder, window, cat TV featuring small animal vids, and they were given blankies, comfy cots and toys. Their bowls were full when I arrived to pick them up, the condo and litterbox was clean, and my kitties were relaxed and snoozing in the cots. The cat boarding area is separate from the dogs and relatively quiet. It was their first boarding experience, I'm happy that my fur babies were well cared for and not too stressed, and we got the new customer special where the first stay is free - I only had to pay for the deposit and late evening pickup

1677 Glenwood Way, DaytonOMG! I don’t even know where to begin. Kaylee was sent from heaven to me. For starters, I loved the reminder texts they sent. It was very helpful. The communication from the staff was not too much but enough to help me every step of the way from the booking process, explaining everything to expect in the appointment, to the professional and super friendly behavior, the exceptional service, and most important the way they listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care. My dog was previously mistreated at a prior, corporate groomer and I was concerned. I explained this to Kaylee and she had the kindest expressions and calmly assured me of their process. Plus the past two to three groomings from that groomer left things undone - including cleaning his beard. When I dropped him off, Kaylee got on his level and covered him with care and he didn’t throw too much of a fit. When I picked him up, I was astounded. He was the cleanest I had ever seen, he was happy, and adorable. Kaylee took pics of him I front of a backdrop that was adorable. They don’t put the dogs in crates and they are great about giving you a notice to pick up. I just can’t give enough compliments or recommendations for this place. I am so grateful I found this groomer and wish I had found them earlier. Jasper was in great spirits afterward and very playful. He had a great time and made a new friend. Best grooming by service by far! Oh and my favorite? Kaylee did a blow out on his tail. It is so freaking cute. I absolutely love her!

21 East Ridgeway Drive, DaytonBack in December my sweet boy chip had spinal surgery for ivdd and was completely paralyzed. We started coming here around February with dr.Julie. When I first brought in chip his surgeon had stated he had no voluntary movement and would never be able to walk again. Within the little time chip started coming here, Dr. Julie was able to get my sweet boy walking and running again with no problems! The whole team at this place is incredible. Kathy, Dr.Julie, and Chelsea are the sweetest people and show that they really love what they do. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your babys here. They are very communicative on what needs to be done and what will be done. If it weren’t for this place chip would’ve never been able to walk again. Unfortunately my sweet boy had passed away this week (not due to ivdd) and the staff continued to be there for me. Any questions I had or concerns about the situation , they were still willing to help me through it all. I will forever be grateful for this establishment and its staff. If you are considering bringing your fur baby here please do, they will care for you baby as if it was their own!

Chuck taught us how to engage Leo through fun play to release his high energy while also teaching him good manners by learning commands such as sit, drop, leave it, stay, heel and down.
We are now able to take Leo for walks through crowded areas, go for coffee, eat out, and socialize with Leo in tow. We just finished a two-day trip to Hocking Hills and we are so proud of Leo. Thanks Chuck for training Leo and us!

Now she's too old to play all day and I take my other dog who is a fun loving, high energy dog. He knows the night before its his daycare day tomorrow. He LOVES it there. The staff is wonderful and friendly. Now there is new ownership and they are great too! We are so pleased. We recently started using the grooming services for our long fur dog and it was probably the best haircut he ever had. Its a one-stop shop, he goes for daycare and a groom, its so easy and worth every penny. My dog literally falls asleep in the car on the way home, he has such a fun day every time.

We agreed to a Meet and Greet which is where we determine if we can accept a job and if the pets and us are compatible. After discovering that Mr Bishop lived out of our service range we called and let him know and cancelled the Meet and Greet the next day. We put the pets first so taking on jobs too far away takes time away from us giving all the pets the attention they need.

Our Mozzie is a Great Dane, and they handle him just as well as many of the smaller dogs that we have seem there. My wife and I have never had a bad interaction with a staff member. We moved Mozzie from another daycare near Waynesville and it's the best thing we could have done.
We have recently placed Mozzie in Flyers training program and all I can say is WOW. Let me tell you about Courtney. The passion and dedication that she shows to the craft of dog training is like something I have never seen before. She has made a significant difference in our dog and we are excited to see what the next few weeks will bring. Hey passion, knowledge and patience is prevalent in every review that we do after training class. Thank you so much Courtney for all you do! (Picture below is our pup at Lowes. Before training he would have been running every isle).

Mark and his daughter are very friendly, obviously very proud of those space and product and it shows! They support local farmers and dairies. We will definitely be back for more!

I only ordered lunch items - making lettuce wraps with bulgogi, pork belly, side dish kkakdugi, beef/clam/fish in soup, and so much variety of sauces to create anything you want I cannot remember all of them! The only thing is the service can be slow depending on your server, I wish there was a way to call the waiter over to the table. I have been to Top Pot, but Kpot has good quality food I would come here instead.

We drove down south to Ohio to pick up our puppy, stayed over night in a hotel and she met with us the next day, Angie is very accommodating. We spent the afternoon with her, met the parents of our pup and were very happy with her as a breeder. They have a great love for dogs and clearly are professional at what they do. We have a great new member of our family and would highly recommend Wax-Haus to anyone looking for a German Shepherd.
