“I read some of the lower reviews and shake my head. This is a great mom n pop operation and I have had nothing but helpful people here. My unit was clean and fairly priced amd from what I hear they refuse to play the rent raising game the large corporations do. I wish people were not so narrow-minded on some of the reviews. First world problems. How bout start with using a unit as a temporary base, not an extension for all our extra crap we should learn how to donate or part ways with.
Bottom line is I needed a cost effective buffer for a 4-6mos between a move from Columbus to Dayton to Charlotte for work. They do a nice job. Rhonda is great.”
“the owners (pretty sure they are the owners) are fantastic, they are always so friendly and welcoming. I do think some updates could be made, such as repaving the driveways and fixing the rubbed off numbers on the gate entry, but i think it’s a fair price and the inside is always clean.”

He is compassionate and cares about his customer I feel he should be able to take over the shiloh springs location he has been dedicated and committed to the store and his customers he is truly a vital part of the company and that what keeps me there.”

“Very nice, clean, temperature controlled if you like, even ? They do not have 24/7 access for you but they live on the lot and don't need all night traffic and I respect that. I love knowing things are safe, including them ❤️ Reasonably priced and well taken care of. Easy access right off of Poe Rd.”

“This facility is one of the nicest storage facilities I have ever used. The facility is very clean, secure and easy to access. Their loading dock access options made it easy to move-in, and the quality weather and security infrastructure around the building has kept me from ever worrying about the safety of my property. I visited a few other storage facilities in Dayton prior to choosing this one, and I think they offer the best service for the price.”
“Staff didn't hesitate to help me right around closing time. He hurried up to be able to rent me a truck just in time. He did, however, mess up and provide me a van.”

They are highly involved in managing the property and vigilant on earning your trust with storing your possessions. Furthermore the owners are retired military and make it a point to take care of their employees and their patrons.

“Great place for parking a Semi-Truck or RV. Lots of room to maneuver a big truck. Parking spaces are reserved by number so you don't have to worry about not having a spot to park. The staff is awesome, friendly, and so easy to work with.”
