“I read some of the lower reviews and shake my head. This is a great mom n pop operation and I have had nothing but helpful people here. My unit was clean and fairly priced amd from what I hear they refuse to play the rent raising game the large corporations do. I wish people were not so narrow-minded on some of the reviews. First world problems. How bout start with using a unit as a temporary base, not an extension for all our extra crap we should learn how to donate or part ways with.
Bottom line is I needed a cost effective buffer for a 4-6mos between a move from Columbus to Dayton to Charlotte for work. They do a nice job. Rhonda is great.”

“the owners (pretty sure they are the owners) are fantastic, they are always so friendly and welcoming. I do think some updates could be made, such as repaving the driveways and fixing the rubbed off numbers on the gate entry, but i think it’s a fair price and the inside is always clean.”

Their loading dock access options made it easy to move-in, and the quality weather and security infrastructure around the building has kept me from ever worrying about the safety of my property. I visited a few other storage facilities in Dayton prior to choosing this one, and I think they offer the best service for the price.”

“Management is very easy and friendly to communicate with. We were on a waitlist to get in for quite some time and were thrilled to be able to get into a unit. Units are very spacious and well maintained. Much nicer than the local competition. As a female, I love that the gate that closes behind you after driving in, as well as the cameras throughout the property. I don't ever feel unsafe coming or going here alone.”

“Great place for parking a Semi-Truck or RV. Lots of room to maneuver a big truck. Parking spaces are reserved by number so you don't have to worry about not having a spot to park. The staff is awesome, friendly, and so easy to work with.”

“Have used Aaron's a several times over the years. Recently used them twice for tree trimming and removal. Being a good consumer, I always have to get multiple estimates for any projects and they have come in and beat the ones I've had sometimes by a very substantial margin. They were prompt coming out for estimates and the crews arrived when expected. Give them a call.”
