“I like the new manager. Which is why I gave 4 stars. In the past I had issues that was not addressed. Namely birds nests made its way in the unit and had to keep clearing myself. Plus broken handle. Although the handle did not get fixed by time I left, but the new manager did say he put in an order but they had not came on site to fix. Which is why I did not give 5. Emptied the unit recently but otherwise it was very easy access and location. Prior survey would have been 2-3 stars since my concerns was never addressed or fixed with prior management.”
