Quirks with the brakes should be explained. When empty,it stops normal.With a full load, it makes a loud banging sound on pavement and on gravel/loose ground,the trailer squirms around with anything more than light braking .

The price was much better than having it done at a Subaru dealer or another hitch company like Ziebart. The installers completed the job quickly and cleanly. The manager and employees were very friendly.
