“I purchased a Stage 1 5R110 for my F250 back in July. Price was very reasonable and Sam got it completed in a timely manner. He was very thorough in explaining his process and how he addresses things that most shops overlook. I got burned by a local shop on a rebuild about 2 years ago and Sam pointed out what was wrong and incorrect. I have about 4k miles on his transmission now and it has been fantastic. Shifts great and runs much cooler than factory. Buy a Sam Wyse transmission and don't look back, it's the real deal. He put a 3 year unlimited mile warranty on it, that speaks volumes”

“Where to start! Every aspect of our purchase of the '26 Sierra SLE Truck with a Crew Cab was professional and detailed. Our sales person, Allan Witte, was sincere and extremely forthcoming with answers and options to all of our questions and helped us through other issues with didn't even think about to make a wise and very important decision. A big plus was the knowledge provided by the Finance Manager Michael Gruen in navigating the paper work, very thorough. Thank you gentlemen, you both made our purchase enjoyable. We'll be back!!!”

“I have a '95 Jeep Wrangler. It's slightly modified. I've taken it to him twice now and every time they've been able to take care of the service on it and fix problems with no problem at all. I'm very very happy with them”

“We have used Reynolds several times now for various difference repair needs from new tires, to fixing an AC leak, to doing a comprehensive flush and tuneup and just recently fixed a transmission issue that they were able to diagnose as a transfer case leak. Always very fair prices, they always call ahead of time before fixing anything with a clear explanation of what they found and with a clear quote as to what it is going to cost to fix. I would recommend them to anyone for any automotive repair needs. It can be slightly difficult getting in, but that’s just a testament of how busy and in demand their services are.”

“JH Alignment used this place before for Alignments and tires . This time I had a bad wheel bearing hub that was bad . He changed that and aligned the wheels again at a cost of about $380 which I thought was a fair price (part was about $150). Had it back the same day. All in all not a bad deal considering parts and time into it. I would and have done business with him again. Hope this helps.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”

“I traveled to Napoleon from Virginia over Labor Day Weekend. While I was there, my car died when nothing was open. Gunns got me in first thing Tuesday morning, did great work that was reasonably priced, and I felt confident to make the 8 hour drive home. I really appreciate how friendly and responsive they were. Highly recommend!”

“I will only ever call these guys for a tow or any problems. They’re quick, efficient, good at what they do, and they’ve never let me down. I called in February to have my car towed because my transmission went out, Zach was there to me in less than 20 minutes (I was way outside of Napoleon). Even the time I locked my keys in my car he was from Napoleon to defiance in 15 minutes and had my car unlocked in less than two minutes with no damage to my car. I’ll always call them!”

“People that worked there the day I went were not so nice to me. But other than that great car wash. I love the self service better. You get alot of soap to wash your car.”

“Gentlemen were super, went in for tires and was very pleased with their work. It felt very comfortable to see a crew of older gentleman that knew what they were doing. Must have been the gray hairs 😅 their generation definitely knows how to be personable, respectable, and treat people like valued customers! Will definitely return.”
