“I went in because my phone’s charging port was damaged. Staff was very helpful and courteous. He tested the phone and told me it needed replaced. He ran it through the insurance and cost $99. A replacement phone will be sent to me in a day. An employee was available on entering the store with no wait., Other times I had to wait.Store was clean and displays well done. I will continue with Verizon.”
