“My Dog received good medical care here at reasonable prices, and I appreciate the treatment my pet has gotten overall.
But, during my recent visit, while I was in the exam room, I overheard staff in the back discussing my pet’s condition and making comments about how it seemed like care had been delayed. I understand that medical cases are discussed among staff, but hearing those comments in that way as a client present made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat judged during an already stressful situation.”
