“Great place to go for your hardware needs from wire to pvc fittings and pipe and everything in between .They have a wide range of rentals too. And at reasonable prices. If you live in this area there is almost no reason to make the drive to New Philly.”

“Sells all kinds of items that you may need. However they sell some items that most probably don't know about because you can only find it on their app or website. For example they sell jewelry or sports team rugs on the app but I never knew until I was playing around on the app and just looking random things up. Overall though, I'm always greeted nicely when I go in and shop and some of the team are very helpful. Others could be a bit nicer. I understand having a bad though but it could ruin a first time customers experience.”
“I purchased an expensive set of tools, and the price rang up incorrectly at the register (higher than marked). The manager informed me that the price had changed and was supposed to be the higher price, but since they forgot to change the tag on the floor, she honored the lower price even though the sale was over. Honest customer service, great store.”

“E & H Ace Hardware has helped my husband & I turn our first house into a home more times than we can count!! From grass seed & fertilizers, soil & fill dirt bags, paint (interior wall & trim, exterior spray paint). To our most recent weed wacker & blower combo! Every single time- the employees are always so friendly & helpful to answer any question we have!!On today's visit Melissa & Greg both went above and beyond to help us look for a specific product my saw onthe Ace App. My husband had done extensive research for a brand specific product based on consumer reports, reviews etc. When we didn't see the product on the shelves, Mellisa offered to looked their back stock inventory. (Unfortunately the computer system said the didn't have any in stock)However, Greg went above and beyond & offered to search the back in person! He came back with the exact size combo product we were looking for! It truly made our day as we could keep the home project ball rolling!Overall the friendliness, professional, level of service, & going above and beyond at E & H Hardware is unmatched! Highly recommend both Greg & Melissa as well as this store & location!”
