Lydia is a fantastic rep. After trying to get one on one assistance from ATT reps at Perimeter store and Costco ATT then Apple at Polaris. Lydia has the patience of JOB and a personality that is phenomenal!!

Omar attended us; he speaks Spanish & English perfectly. He accommodated everything to support me in fixing my phone; he provided me with the correct steps to use my phone insurance. I never had this service ever. Thank you
