After getting my babies in the car this morning my rear passenger door would not close and I tried everything. How ever nothing worked I went to NTB and Mr. Snow was at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and a welcome. I told him the issues and he said well lets hope its simple and we will get you right back on the road less then five minutes later my door is closed and I'm starting it up to head home safely. I live out-of-state, but they kept me informed about my order over the 3 year wait.
