I appreciated the car being brought to the body shop for me to pick up when I dropped my car off especially because it was a snowy, cold day. Everyone was understanding when my drop off dates kept changing. The car was a fun change from my SUV. It was clean and easy to drive. Great experience during a stressful time.”

“I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My company always uses Budget, and I followed suit this week. We picked up a nice little Prius from this location and returned it at the Columbus Airport location. The pickup and return process was smooth as butter, and the gentleman who helped us when picking up was courteous and bent over backwards to record existing damages and help us so we wouldn't be put in a bad spot when returning to a different location. To that gentleman: Thank you for being awesome.”

“Everyone at your Perimeter Loop Dublin location is wonderful. My car was heavily damaged by a kamikaze deer back in early December, then enter the chaos of getting it fixed with the Holidays, snowmageddon, lost parts, redo the body work because it wasn't looking great etc .. Enterprise was awesome ? a big huge sincere thank you to everyone for keeping at least one thing sane. I will only rent from Enterprise, you are the best!”
