“I went to the Salon at Jcpenney on 1/3 and my stylist, Renee Jones, out did her self! This was my first time using her to color my hair w/ highlights and low lights and I was more than please w/ the outcome. She's super friendly as well, and engages in conversations during the service. I highly recommend her, and will continue to use her, and have her do my family as well!”
“In town for a catering event and stopped in to catch some of the savings on produce, and I was amazed! It was by far the best produce section I’ve ever seen at the many Meijer locations I’ve shopped in the tristate area. We were also pleasantly greeted by Ms Tina C and Ms Michelle G, and I made sure to let Tina know how fresh and beautiful all of her vegetables looked. I know where to come now whenever I’m in the Columbus area!”
“This store is very clean and well organized. There’s a lot of good items around the store. The lines can get a little long at times but the staff does a great job at opening up more lanes.”

“The customer service is mostly good. The pharmacy and the people on the pharmacy staff have always been very helpful and take the time to go over any new medications with you.
I do have to say, though, that the produce department is poorly managed and has been for a long time.
A store of this caliber that is pretty much ALWAYS busy should not run out of things as often as this store does. The produce quality has room for improvement. For instance, I've rarely seen really fresh bell peppers there. As one who worked in retail most of my life, including a big department store chain, it's disappointing. Walmart can afford to do better. Especially in such a nice area, in such a convenient spot for thousands of customers.”
“Nichole did a great job cutting and styling my hair until it grew back after over processing and styling. Products available at Salon useful at home. Missing hair less noticeable with bowl cut...Used JCP Salon for routine styling and products. No trouble with parking availability even on Saturdays.”
“05/03/2023 Just an update I went yesterday and normally things go great they really do have a great team there I went to get some fresh sushi because they now have an amazing sushi bar at this location back near the meats. However the employees where no where to be found. So I waited, and while I was waiting, I was approached 4 times as the employee's relized I was not being helped, and they tried to help to the extent they could. I was never ignored. The sushi employees are not employees of sams it is a third party, so they didn't know when they would be back, so I left after 30 minutes, but they tried so hard and always do. 01/07/2023 I visit this club all the time. On my recent visit, I had to return a salad that went bad. It was a Sunday evening, and I waited for 1 employee to get through 4 people to make my return it took almost 40 minutes, which I was a little upset about. Generally, the employees are helpful, and it's easy to scan and go. Unlike Costco, you can use an app to scan everything you need and then just show your barcode without waiting in a checkout line and go. It's incredible how fast you can get in and out. If you haven't tried it, you should. Sometimes, they offer special discounts on items that are scan and go too. If you found this review helpful, please mark it as helpful and follow me for more!”
“Jeff Hardy their mattress specialist was so very knowledgeable. He explained the many features of different levels of mattresses across several brands including a hotel brand. He made us knowledgeable about firmness levels and designs, coolness & comfort aspects of gels, memory foam and natural fabrics, springs or no springs and quality levels of springs. Jeff made us feel confident in our choice (Stearns and Foster Lux series). We shopped exhaustively and Macy's prices are better than most on brand products. On better mattresses you have 100+ days to make sure it works for you or exchange it for $99 pickup fee. I recommend Jeff Hardy at the Britton Pkwy Macy's furniture store.”
“This is one of the few Hollisters that I actually enjoyed going too! You know what this store has that many others don't, it's got a clean clearance section! I bought a few shirts there too that I'm currently wearing while in the process of making this review. I do want to point out the one gentleman that works there during the evenings, I forgot his name is great with customer service and definitely enjoyed his warm attitude which brightens up the whole store. Too bad I won't be in the area any time soon. It's definitely a decent place.”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”
“I always like macy's and i do not feel that it is expensive as people are saying as they always have discounts and deals, and if you have the macy's credit card you will save a lot of money too. I am only giving one star because this location needs attention and needs to be upgraded compared to the one in polaris or easton mall this one is like a constraction site.”
