“Kat and her manager were incredibly helpful and kind. I had accidentally thrown away my $10 off coupon, and today was the last day to redeem it. Kat even held my items while I went home to look for the coupon. When I couldn’t find it, they honored the discount as a one-time courtesy.
Their generosity meant so much to me, especially since I am currently unemployed and needed several of these items for my daughter this summer.

They don’t seem to run out of any new items/stock quickly, so it’s great for when we are anticipating a new Funko pop!Staff here are great too. “I always like macy's and i do not feel that it is expensive as people are saying as they always have discounts and deals, and if you have the macy's credit card you will save a lot of money too. I am only giving one star because this location needs attention and needs to be upgraded compared to the one in polaris or easton mall this one is like a constraction site.”

“I love shopping here. Plenty of parking right in front of the store. Super friendly and helpful staff. The best part is the store layout. The racks are not overcrowded and with a quick scan of the store, you can see all the items and go straight to the items you are interested in. No searching thru racks.”
“This is one of the best salons in central Ohio. A true hidden gem. I have seen 3 hairdressers here and have taken my kids here and they love it as well. I’ve had Linda, Lisa, and Penny. Any of them I highly recommend. I’ve always been beyond pleased. Linda just did an all over highlight on me this week then toned it and it’s gorgeous! She treats her customers with a customer service and kindness that is practically non existent anymore, and her work? Wow!!! Some of the best I’ve had! Give her a call, you’ll be glad you did.”
“I went to the Salon at Jcpenney on 1/3 and my stylist, Renee Jones, out did her self! This was my first time using her to color my hair w/ highlights and low lights and I was more than please w/ the outcome. She's super friendly as well, and engages in conversations during the service. I highly recommend her, and will continue to use her, and have her do my family as well!”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”
“They had sizes up to 3xl and the Dresses were spectacular, so were the shoes. Staff was welcoming to my sister and I, I had only tried on 3 dresses and I found the perfect fit and the staff complimented me and helped us find complimentary jewelry to match the dress, checking out was a easy process and the staff was very professional and nice. dress was reasonably priced, Highly recommended 10/10!”
