“Fun stuff in this store. A lot of over stocks and soon to expire foods. They have two blown speakers though putting out very distorted and annoying music. Update: 29Sept26 no bad music today. Lots of new items at good prices. Led shop lights, automotive chemicals, lots of snack food, too much to list. Helpful staff.”

“We purchased quartz counters from Columbus Granite in May 2026. We're very happy with the countertops and sink! We had our kitchen remodeled through JSB, and the coordination with Columbus Granite was very smooth. Would recommend both.”

“We recently added a primary suite added onto our home and reached out to KnBD to help us with our bathroom vanity. Matt and Hattie were amazing to work with. They had an amazing selection of materials to choose from and really took the time to consult with us and help us pick what would work best for us. Not only were the materials of the highest quality, but they were so fast in getting everything delivered and installed, our contractors were blown away! Thanks KnBD!!!”

“We cannot say enough good things about Columbus Bath Design. Emily alone deserves 5 stars just for her patience with us when we kept changing our minds during the process! The products are very high quality, and there are dozens of surfaces and styles to choose from—from the solid wall surfaces and fixtures, to the shower pan and floor. I suppose that’s why we kept changing our minds, lol. Whenever we had questions, Emily always got back to us within a day. She also had great suggestions when we were choosing our materials. Columbus Bath Design was great to work with. We are so happy with the results that we have contracted with them to do our guest bathroom.”

“What an amazing team that facilitated an amazing transformation! We reached out to Sembro because we had heard good things. We wanted ideas on how we could improve our space but did not think we could finish our basement. Anitoly came out and showed us how we could. He worked with us through the quoting and design process and was professional, responsive, and took ownership of the project and his crews work. Anitoly checked in throughout the project and made sure everything went smooth. We felt respected and cared for throughout the whole process. Anitoly is exceptional! The crew was phenomenal as well! We trusted them in our home when we weren't there and I trusted them to work in our home when I was gone and my wife and kids were there. Vadim was very mindful and respectful and always greeted us with a contagious smile, he kept the project ahead of schedule without cutting corners, the quality was great. There was never a moment we did not feel respected in our home. And we were impressed with the craftsmanship. Yaroslav was helping Vadim and he was also a craftsman who was professional and friendly as well. Kostia handled our electric and installed beautiful can lights with dimmers and modern outlets. The drywall team was impressively quick and thorough as well as friendly. I work in the home service industry (painting, HVAC, and electric) and know many horror stories about contractors over promising and under delivering but that was not my experience with Sembro. We signed the contract and went with Sembro because of Anitoly but we will keep using Sembro because of Anitoly's care through the project and the excellent work Vadim, Yaroslav, and Kostia did. Sembro is not the cheapest company but they are not the most expensive. I don't want the cheapest company, I want quality work at a fair price with piece of mind that the company doing the work will own their results and address any issues. Sembro delivered on that past my expectations. Excellent processes, at a fair market price, with a professional team delivering stunning results was our experience with Sembro. Thank you Anitoly, Vadim, Yaroslav, and Kostia! From the King family”

“Beautiful showroom with amazing selection with super helpful staff. We were so fortunate to work with Joshua C. He shared so much enthusiasm and education with us while we were shopping. He is so knowledgable and I would recommend him to anyone looking to make upgrades to their home! We are so excited to make our decision and get our new flooring, based on his help and recommendation. If you are looking for new flooring (and beyond), please go see him!”

“Writing this review as I cry in their packing lot (tears of relief). I have been having so much trouble with my clawfoot bathtub, and felt like I was at the end of my road with solutions. Chris Scott, a local plumber and someone I also highly recommend, recommended I come here for parts. I brought in all of the fixtures from my clawfoot bathtub, and they went above and beyond trouble shooting everything. They were so patient and really gave me the sense that I was not leaving without a solution. They got me set up to where I have an operational shower again. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much!”

“I recently had a new shower installed by Simple Bath + Kitchen, and am completely satisfied with everything from the beginning throughout the entire process. I first met with Dave in my home, then in the showroom and after his inspection once the work was done. I was happy with the choices made (with his help) and details I hadn't considered, even after having met with 3 other companies. Measurements were correctly taken, a date for installation was established, and my order was placed. The installers Jonathan and Blake, arrived on time, and were polite, quick and efficient. They made sure the height of everything including shower head, sliding shower bar, grab bars, seat, shelf) met my needs and any questions I had were answered. Dave followed up, checking to be sure I was satisfied with everything about the shower and workmanship. The price was very fair, there were no surprises, the workmanship and quality of all the components was/is excellent and communication/ accessibility was available if I needed it. I highly recommended Simple Bath + Kitchen!”

“I’ve been using Ferguson Supply for over eight years across multiple states, including Hawaii, Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Honestly, as a small business owner here in Columbus, Ohio, I can say no representative has ever taken care of me the way Nickolas M. Has. He is the reason I continue to come back to this branch. Nickolas goes above and beyond every single time. Whether I need something ordered in a hurry or I’m just checking out, he’s always available, attentive, and makes sure I get exactly what I need. His consistency and reliability make a huge difference in how efficiently I’m able to complete my plumbing jobs and projects. In this line of work, timing and accuracy are everything, and Nickolas has never let me down big or small. I can’t give enough praise to Nick. He truly hooks me up and makes every trip to the supply house worth it. He’s not only knowledgeable and professional, but he also genuinely cares about making sure I succeed in my projects. Because of him, I know I can count on Ferguson to keep my jobs moving smoothly. As long as Nickolas is here, this will continue to be my go-to branch. I have an enormous amount of appreciation for him, and I want to thank him for making what could be an ordinary supply run into a dependable and positive experience every single time.”

“I recently replaced my entire kitchen. Taven was excellent in putting together a package that was some "open box" items with minor imperfections at a discount, and some brand new. There were a few glitches with delivery and installation, but overall l was very satisfied with what l got and what it cost. As l was eligible for rebates from both the manufacturer and your store... but not very good at online stuff, l returned to the store and again Taven was extremely helpful. Wanted to post a positive review as all most folks do is complain.”

“I bought a beautiful bowl from the Polaris location and was so impressed by the kindness and wonderful customer service from the sales associates. Due to an autoimmune disease, I was not able to enter the store, and Lori offered to have my purchase brought to me in my car, which meant so much to me. Thank you to Lori, as well as to the other associate who assisted me! I look forward to buying more items from this location soon!”
