“We had an exceptional experience with Columbus Granite from start to finish! We’ve worked with plenty of contractors over the years, and this was easily one of our best experiences. Emir was incredibly helpful from the beginning, answering countless questions over Facebook before we had even met in person. We ended up having a nearly two-month delay on our end after choosing our slab, and they were nothing but patient and understanding. Robert came out for measurements and was so thorough. He spent over two hours at our house and was incredibly patient with me as I asked him to adjust little details (sometimes by just a quarter of an inch!) so I could see different options. He also offered really helpful suggestions based on his experience. Our installer, Nelson, was equally wonderful. He was so friendly, genuinely happy to be there, and did a fantastic job. The finished countertops look great! We also found that Columbus Granite had a much better selection of stone than several other companies we contacted around Columbus. Overall, just a really great experience with everyone involved. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Columbus Granite again and would absolutely recommend them!”

“I decided to go with these guys after meeting with Ben to walk through a condo remodel we just purchased. We had a tight timeline and budget. Jerry helped us with the material and scheduling and the install was very clean. A week later we had an issue with our electrician being able to access wiring through a precut hole in the backsplash. I called Ben to see if there was anyway he could help me out. He sent a team over within an hour to increase the size of the opening so the electrician could finish their work. Unbelievable customer service! I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, well established family business that knows how to treat their customers.”

“What an amazing team that facilitated an amazing transformation! We reached out to Sembro because we had heard good things. We wanted ideas on how we could improve our space but did not think we could finish our basement. Anitoly came out and showed us how we could. He worked with us through the quoting and design process and was professional, responsive, and took ownership of the project and his crews work. Anitoly checked in throughout the project and made sure everything went smooth. We felt respected and cared for throughout the whole process. Anitoly is exceptional! The crew was phenomenal as well! We trusted them in our home when we weren't there and I trusted them to work in our home when I was gone and my wife and kids were there. Vadim was very mindful and respectful and always greeted us with a contagious smile, he kept the project ahead of schedule without cutting corners, the quality was great. There was never a moment we did not feel respected in our home. And we were impressed with the craftsmanship. Yaroslav was helping Vadim and he was also a craftsman who was professional and friendly as well. Kostia handled our electric and installed beautiful can lights with dimmers and modern outlets. The drywall team was impressively quick and thorough as well as friendly. I work in the home service industry (painting, HVAC, and electric) and know many horror stories about contractors over promising and under delivering but that was not my experience with Sembro. We signed the contract and went with Sembro because of Anitoly but we will keep using Sembro because of Anitoly's care through the project and the excellent work Vadim, Yaroslav, and Kostia did. Sembro is not the cheapest company but they are not the most expensive. I don't want the cheapest company, I want quality work at a fair price with piece of mind that the company doing the work will own their results and address any issues. Sembro delivered on that past my expectations. Excellent processes, at a fair market price, with a professional team delivering stunning results was our experience with Sembro. Thank you Anitoly, Vadim, Yaroslav, and Kostia! From the King family”

“We needed a composite kitchen sink to be cut out & replaced with a drop-in sink. They did excellent work. We are extremely happy with the results. The office responds quickly & professionally via text. Their price was very reasonable. We highly recommend them. It was hard to find a company or fabricator that would do that type of job. I'm so glad we found them!”

“Writing this review as I cry in their packing lot (tears of relief). I have been having so much trouble with my clawfoot bathtub, and felt like I was at the end of my road with solutions. Chris Scott, a local plumber and someone I also highly recommend, recommended I come here for parts. I brought in all of the fixtures from my clawfoot bathtub, and they went above and beyond trouble shooting everything. They were so patient and really gave me the sense that I was not leaving without a solution. They got me set up to where I have an operational shower again. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you so much!”

“I had an excellent experience with Premium Hardware! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. Their selection is top-notch—beautiful, high-quality pieces that really elevate the look of a space. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my choices. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. If you’re looking for hardware that combines style, quality, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Premium Hardware. I will definitely be coming back for future projects!”

“I wanted to review this company because of the great customer service that I received. I have not even received the product yet, but have received first class service. For some reason, this interlink supplier was cheaper than my local interlink supplier For the part that I ordered. Thank you!”

From start to finish, it was a fun, enjoyable evening, and we can't wait to take another class!”

“I recently replaced my entire kitchen. Taven was excellent in putting together a package that was some "open box" items with minor imperfections at a discount, and some brand new. There were a few glitches with delivery and installation, but overall l was very satisfied with what l got and what it cost. As l was eligible for rebates from both the manufacturer and your store... but not very good at online stuff, l returned to the store and again Taven was extremely helpful. Wanted to post a positive review as all most folks do is complain.”

“My husband and I went to Menards in Hilliard around 11:00 a.m. on a Wednesday. It wasn't really busy as far as customers go. There were plenty of employees throughout the store. We were searching for a grill cover. We asked an employee where we could find them. He said they didn't have them on the shelf any longer, but they were upstairs. I said so does that mean we can't get them or what. He said no, you take the elevator upstairs and can find them up there. I didn't know they had an upstairs. He kindly took us to the elevator and showed us exactly where we could find the covers upstairs. The upstairs was full of items that you could shop. We didn't really look around but there was a lot up there! We went back down to browse the store more. We found another employee and asked where the frying pans were. He walked us to the other side of the store and showed us where they were located. We could not believe how helpful and how kind EVERY employee was throughout the store. I am definitely impressed with the service we received from the time we went in until the time we left. It's very rare to find that kind of customer service with a smile anymore! Thanks, Menards, for the wonderful shopping experience.”

“I bought a beautiful bowl from the Polaris location and was so impressed by the kindness and wonderful customer service from the sales associates. Due to an autoimmune disease, I was not able to enter the store, and Lori offered to have my purchase brought to me in my car, which meant so much to me. Thank you to Lori, as well as to the other associate who assisted me! I look forward to buying more items from this location soon!”
