“We used Columbus Granite for 3 projects, two visits to our home. First time for kitchen counters and bath vanity top. We were so impressed, we worked with them again for another bath vanity top. It's easy to look at the inventory, Jen is always helpful and you know what to expect as far as estimate and process for completing the project. Everyone who came to our home was courteous and careful which can be hard to find when you have people working in your home. No issues we were not informed may happen and the site was clean when they finished. We'd use them again.”
“I got quotes from many different vendors before selecting Countertop Surface Solutions. They have up front honest pricing and include all aspects of doing a kitchen remodel. Many vendors would not touch my fireplace as part of the project. Some other vendors did not include tile tear out, redoing plumbing, and fixing drywall. Why stress yourself out with finding multiple vendors when you can have Jerry and Ben do all that for you! I like they are a family business and their attention to detail is impeccable. Very happy with the end results and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen remodel.”

“SemBro and everyone that works there, are the BEST! Alyssa understood our vision. Erik, Pavlo, Sasha, Paul, Igor and Alex, made sure it happened. They treated our home, as if it were their own. Each one of them made sure everything was “perfecto”(as Pavlo says). The painters Dave and Jeff were efficient and precise! They all made sure everything we wanted, they did, working in harmony with each other. They completed all the renovations within the dates we originally established. Erik made sure the job moved smoothly and made sure the workers had everything they needed. We love everything they did, and everyday we are so grateful we get to enjoy all this! We appreciate all their hard work.”

He was so patient as we looked through the various colors and stone, provided guidance but wasn't pushy, and had an excellent team that stopped by to do the install that never rushed the process. “Most of the ikea is fine but dropping a star because the nursing / lactation room wasn’t very comfortable. The chair had very low almost non existent arms (impossible to nurse comfortably in) and it was sticky and gross. Also right next to it was the first aid station… which isn’t very comfortable. Made me wonder what kind of germs my infant was being exposed to (and I’m not even a clean freak but cmon). Felt more like a dingy hospital. Probably would have been better bringing a nursing cover and nursing in the cafeteria.”

Classico had the most unique and beautiful selection of tile and product not offered anywhere else in town. Jan was super helpful going above and beyond. “I came to this store looking for a candle that I purchased at the Hilliard location not wanting to drive way over to the west side. The manager was putting out more Christmas candles and asked if I needed help. Told her about a habitat for humanity candle that I wanted to replace as it gave off the most fragrance I’ve gotten from a candle and at $3 or $4 due to it being half off, I planned on buying a few. She walked me around the various candles displays and showed me a variant from the same candle maker that she thought I would like. Mind you, as a fall candle, it was 75% off. This type of customer service is not received much anymore and I really appreciate her and the whole At Home team working on 12/19/25 during the evening.”
“I recently replaced my entire kitchen. Taven was excellent in putting together a package that was some "open box" items with minor imperfections at a discount, and some brand new. There were a few glitches with delivery and installation, but overall l was very satisfied with what l got and what it cost. As l was eligible for rebates from both the manufacturer and your store... but not very good at online stuff, l returned to the store and again Taven was extremely helpful.

“This is my go to for light jobs around the house. The store is clean and well stocked. I personally have a hard time finding things when I come in, but that’s probably more on me than the store. That being said, I always am able to quickly find an associate and every one I find is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help!
There is also a possibility of being a ‘one stop shop’ for some customers; aside from home improvement they have groceries, pet supplies, and even a toy section!”
“Our experience with crate and barrel started with an issue. We had our registry set up and the plates and bowls we got were terrible. We thought we had $600 worth of junk, however when we came into the store our luck changed. We worked with Drew and he was SO helpful. He helped us with the return and literally took us around the store and helped us find the best they had. Drew is one of the very few people in today’s society that is willing to really help out and make it right. He just changed us from unhappy Crate and Barrel customers, to a lifelong customer.
This is how you do business. If it were up to me I would have Drew as the head of customer relations of the entire company and pay him an absurd amount of money. Having staff like him is how you retain customers.
