“After visiting multiple spa dealers and having not so great experiences, Agean was our last stop. We were greeted by JT, and it was clear that he was a subject matter expert! He patiently explained the construction, function, warranty, service, etc of the spas. He was NEVER pushy, answered every question, and we never felt as if he was just trying to clear out inventory. He made sure we were able to get the exact model we wanted, even calling the owner to double check inventory.Fast forward to the very speedy delivery process . Britny was great about setting up a delivery time that would work for me. Mikey and the delivery crew left zero trace. There was barely a blade of grass out of place! Mikey made sure that the tub was placed exactly where I wanted it and thoroughly explained the setup and chemical process. He even gave me some tips from his personal experience with his own tub.Overall, I am super pleased with the value of Agean's spas, the ease of buying, and most of all the stellar customer service!
