Chris Scott, a local plumber and someone I also highly recommend, recommended I come here for parts. I brought in all of the fixtures from my clawfoot bathtub, and they went above and beyond trouble shooting everything. They were so patient and really gave me the sense that I was not leaving without a solution. They got me set up to where I have an operational shower again. I cannot recommend this place enough. “I bought a beautiful bowl from the Polaris location and was so impressed by the kindness and wonderful customer service from the sales associates. Due to an autoimmune disease, I was not able to enter the store, and Lori offered to have my purchase brought to me in my car, which meant so much to me. Thank you to Lori, as well as to the other associate who assisted me! I look forward to buying more items from this location soon!”
“I recently replaced my entire kitchen. Taven was excellent in putting together a package that was some "open box" items with minor imperfections at a discount, and some brand new. There were a few glitches with delivery and installation, but overall l was very satisfied with what l got and what it cost. As l was eligible for rebates from both the manufacturer and your store... but not very good at online stuff, l returned to the store and again Taven was extremely helpful.

“We cannot say enough good things about Columbus Bath Design. Emily alone deserves 5 stars just for her patience with us when we kept changing our minds during the process! The products are very high quality, and there are dozens of surfaces and styles to choose from—from the solid wall surfaces and fixtures, to the shower pan and floor. I suppose that’s why we kept changing our minds, lol. Whenever we had questions, Emily always got back to us within a day. She also had great suggestions when we were choosing our materials. Columbus Bath Design was great to work with. We are so happy with the results that we have contracted with them to do our guest bathroom.”
