Kroger Fresh Fare is a convenient one-stop shop offering thousands of quality food and household products. It features a huge selection, carrying many products other Krogers normally do not, serving many demographic backgrounds. The store sells fresh produce, meats, and seafood by weight, ideal for gathering ingredients for BBQ. There is a specialized alcohol corner with a wide variety of whiskey and wine, plus local Ohio brewery beer. General products like frozen foods and sweets are neatly arranged and well-stocked. A Starbucks is located right at the entrance. The staff is always friendly and helpful, with the pharmacy providing essential service. The change to self-service checkout has added more lanes, allowing for faster trips. The store is open until around 10pm and can be accessed on foot from nearby hotels. However, the location is not the greatest, with a jam-packed parking lot due to many stores in a small area.
My only complaint with Kroger is you mail out physical coupons for us to use. Then after you scan one or two you need an attendant to come, which can back up the line and slow the process. Make coupons easier to use please

Kroger is a good place to shop for groceries and other staples, however, their prices can be a bit high, compared to a few other discount-grocers.

Terrible management and customer service. Overheard a loud employee talking about his alcohol problem and didn't get support from the manager when I needed help in self checkout. Do better.
