“First time checking this place for some asian items & it was packed with people and some good items. Fresh meats and other produce. Cashiers were so fast, and the place was well organized, and prices were fair. We'll definitely come back.”
“In town for a catering event and stopped in to catch some of the savings on produce, and I was amazed! It was by far the best produce section I’ve ever seen at the many Meijer locations I’ve shopped in the tristate area. We were also pleasantly greeted by Ms Tina C and Ms Michelle G, and I made sure to let Tina know how fresh and beautiful all of her vegetables looked. I know where to come now whenever I’m in the Columbus area!”

“05/03/2023 Just an update I went yesterday and normally things go great they really do have a great team there I went to get some fresh sushi because they now have an amazing sushi bar at this location back near the meats. However the employees where no where to be found. So I waited, and while I was waiting, I was approached 4 times as the employee's relized I was not being helped, and they tried to help to the extent they could. I was never ignored. The sushi employees are not employees of sams it is a third party, so they didn't know when they would be back, so I left after 30 minutes, but they tried so hard and always do. 01/07/2023 I visit this club all the time. On my recent visit, I had to return a salad that went bad. It was a Sunday evening, and I waited for 1 employee to get through 4 people to make my return it took almost 40 minutes, which I was a little upset about. Generally, the employees are helpful, and it's easy to scan and go. Unlike Costco, you can use an app to scan everything you need and then just show your barcode without waiting in a checkout line and go. It's incredible how fast you can get in and out. If you haven't tried it, you should. Sometimes, they offer special discounts on items that are scan and go too. If you found this review helpful, please mark it as helpful and follow me for more!”

Spoke with the gentleman in the seafood department at length; he was extremely polite, knowledgeable about inventory and hopefully he can get the Jonas scored crab claws!!! Can't wait to come back next week and get some salmon steaks!!! Absolutely love this place!!!”

“The customer service is mostly good. The pharmacy and the people on the pharmacy staff have always been very helpful and take the time to go over any new medications with you.
I do have to say, though, that the produce department is poorly managed and has been for a long time.
A store of this caliber that is pretty much ALWAYS busy should not run out of things as often as this store does. The produce quality has room for improvement. For instance, I've rarely seen really fresh bell peppers there. As one who worked in retail most of my life, including a big department store chain, it's disappointing. Walmart can afford to do better. Especially in such a nice area, in such a convenient spot for thousands of customers.”

“I had the best experience ever last night at the 5350 tuttle crossing location in Dublin, Ohio. I somehow locked myself out of my vehicle after pumping gas. My window was down just an inch or so, so needed to find something to go through that and help me reach down and get my keys from the seat. I went inside in a panic and asking for help. Deantae and Kyle immediately started coming up with ideas and trying to help. Deantae came up with the most genius way to use metal straw/tube cleaners. Took several attempts and I repeatedly had to go back in and ask for more help and everytime I went in they were were smiling, helpful and speedy. Deantae especially stepped up each time with assistance inside. And when I got my keys out they couldn't have been any nicer or happier for me. It was a blessing that this happened at this gas station and at this time of day... there is just no way other places or people would have been as truly kind and helpful as these 2 men. I am definitely only getting my gas there now. Thank you guys so much!!!”

Only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is almost every lane, including self-checkout, get closed at night and there can be long lines when it clearly doesn't have to be that way. On the other hand, I went in today, and despite the store being decently crowded, I got right in because there were so many lanes available.”

“5 Stars for A.J. at Kroger Pickup... and -3 stars for the App Development Team!
So there I was, bright-eyed and ready for my groceries... at the wrong Kroger. Why? Because the app decided I needed a scenic 12-mile adventure instead of just letting me pick up my bananas and frozen pizza like a normal human. Why, app team why?!
Anyway, I roll up to my usual Kroger in Hilliard (less than 1 mile away from me) only to be told, “Miss, your groceries are... not here.” I’m confused, slightly hangry, and now on a mission. I journey to this location...this mystery Kroger, park in pickup, and there stands a beacon of hope: A.J. He was worried that I was lost and would miss out on my $80 grocery order.
This young man... had been trying to call me like a responsible adult, but my number was wrong. Not because I typed it wrong, but because the app apparently had one job and said “nah.” (Do better, app devs. This is why people elope with Target.)
Despite the chaos, A.J. was friendly, curious, and super helpful. He deserves a raise and a team member of the month award! Honestly, he’s the reason I’m still shopping at Kroger and not spiraling into the arms of Target.
So yes...A.J. is the MVP. The app, on the other hand...needs to be fired.”
