“My groomsman, myself, my father and my father-in-law all rented through Romanoff's. The process was painless and seamless. He was able to take measurements from across the country and pull together tuxedos for everyone without many alterations. Prices were reasonable. There was a miscommunication when I asked about renting straight ties, rental ties are clip ons, not tie it yourself, so make sure you know that. He also made things right when there was a mistake on his end. My groomsmen failed to check everything and the shoes he gave me were brown. One of my good friends had to go buy me some shoes 2 hours before the wedding because I did not get a mobile number for him for an emergency . He then bought the shoes off of me to make it right.
I highly recommend using Romanoff's but please assure you clarify all your needs and get a way to contact him outside of business hours if your wedding is not during his hours.”
“My husband and I love picking up our Funkos from this location. I also love to peruse their selection. They don’t seem to run out of any new items/stock quickly, so it’s great for when we are anticipating a new Funko pop!Staff here are great too. They display the perfect amount of professionalism and friendliness. We enjoy greeting by them when we walk in!”

“If y’all are skipping out on DFWH, you are paying way too much for clothes. I busted out of there with 2 pairs of jeans and 3 tops for $50. FIFTY DOLLARS! Staff are always super friendly and I prefer this location over all of them for the cleanliness and selection.”

“This is my OG Macy's in the City. I have been coming here since I moved to Columbus and the mall and surrounding area was full of shops. To this day, I always find items here that are not at Polaris or Easton. I think it is because the store possibly has less traffic being in Tuttle Mall/Tuttle Crossing but I love it and I like to visit when Macy's have their big sales.When in the area, I cannot resist stopping in and will drive out from downtown just to go here. This visit, I even found a new jacket I have been looking for. I had not seen this option at other locations (but was on the app). It was here and it was on sale! Big Win and YAY!The mall itself is still worth a walk through but is nothing like it was 15-20 years ago. It is good to see that this Macy's is still here. They have a Macy's Backstage inside the store and if my memory serves me correct it was the first in the area. It's always worth a look around too.The store is a traditional Macy's layout and has everything you would expect. It's not my favorite location, but one of my favorite stores. Especially for the inventory and finds.”
“Winning Customer Service - I was on the way to a job interview when I noticed I had a hole along the seam of my pant leg. I panicked and stopped in to see if they could help. In my hurry, I didn’t notice that they had not even opened yet. I explained the situation and the staff there jumped into action and had my pants sewn up in 5 minutes to get me back on the road to my interview. They didn’t charge me and wished me luck. Keep in mind, my suit was not even purchased from Jos A Bank. That type of personal connection and above-and-beyond service is how you earn customers for life. Thank you to this team for their incredible service heart.”
