Red Roof PLUS+ Columbus is a wonderful, pet and LGBTQ+ friendly hotel in a great, upscale location right off the interstate and near shops, yet in a quiet area. The property is a great bargain where guests always feel at home. The amazing, friendly, and helpful staff and management are welcoming, accommodating, and on top of any issues. The front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping teams all work hard and provide excellent service. Rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and have all needed amenities, including a favorite brand of coffee, though the property is aging somewhat. The hotel surpasses expectations and is highly recommended for both short and long stays.

I actually enjoyed the lady that checked me in... No fake smiles or courtesies, yet still very pleasant. Succinct in what she did. Got me checked in very timely, and was sure to give me a bottle of water and wish me a good stay.
