“Very nice, clean, and located right in the middle of the Dublin entertainment area. Free parking garage across the street. Two blocks or so from the pedestrian river bridge that goes across the river to the historic area of Dublin.”
“My family were recent guests at Marriott Columbus Northwest Dublin for a convention 1/31 - 2/1/2026 and we were so VERY impressed by the room, faculties and staff. We had a minor issues with a door in our room during the stay and it was taken care of in less than 20 minutes.
I've stayed at Hiltons, other Marriott's, Drury's and Sheraton's and I believe this as one of the best stays I've had - top marks to the management and staff. Thank you all for a great stay.
Highly recommended!”
“Had an outstanding experience here, had some car troubles on a trip so I was stuck here unexpectedly for a few days and cannot say enough nice things about this place. Very helpful staff, super clean room as well as the facilities, top notch service!”

“Front desk staff is amazing--friendly and helpful. I booked a second stay before I finished my first. Rooms are clean and tidy, although the property is aging somewhat. The rooms even have my favorite brand of coffee. Great bargain! Pet friendly! LGBTQ+ friendly.”
“Clean hotel, comfortable beds, good customer service, nice showers, and it’s in a good location right next to a lot of food options and a mall.
Only complaint would be the walls are super thin and the bathrooms are tiny.”

“We always enjoy staying at The Hamptons place was extra special and the people were very friendly. I also liked how it was tucked out of the way a little bit and not in the middle of town.”

“I'll start with the good - very clean room, easy check in process, friendly staff. Was there for a conference and those elements were nice, decent rooms for sessions, lovely large ballroom.
Now for the bad - there are posted rules about children not being alone and that running is prohibited. There must have been several sports tournaments or something because the place was packed with young children. Not a big deal until you see that they're running around in groups with no adults, having races in the hallways, knocking on random doors to laugh and run away, screaming, riding elevators for fun, yelling from upper floors down to the atrium area. It was OK to a point, but once it's 10 or 11 pm, you gotta be considerate of others. It would have been nice if the hotel would have encouraged a little bit more supervision or enforced some kind of quiet hours. Sure, kids are kids, but there are other paying guests to think of at some point.”

“My family stayed in a suite with two double beds. We needed a hotel with a separate bedroom with a door to make bedtime and naps easier, this aspect was nice. I also appreciated the large fridge and microwave, as we brought some kid friendly groceries with us for our stay. While the rooms are described as “updated” ours seemed to only be surface level updated. The furniture and decor was newer but the bedroom door didn’t actually latch shut correctly so we had to wedge it closed with a towel so we could watch tv in the living area while the kids slept. The cabinets had been painted and hardware updated but under the kitchen sink was stained and gross as this is where the garbage is hung on the inside of the cabinet door. The bathroom was haphazardly renovated with globs of caulk on the door itself and the framing, paint splattered on the floor tile, large cracks in the wall and the door looked as if it had previously suffered water damage, the entire bottom was swollen and chipped. The bathroom door handle had been replaced but the knob was now smaller and revealed old paint lines and nails, I don’t know why the entire door wasn’t just swapped out. We were also on the first floor and had some ants coming in from around the living area window. The breakfast was okay, not spectacular. The staff was friendly and the person who checked us in was wonderful. The pool area was well maintained and the kids enjoyed swimming. The overall towel situation was a bit odd, we had four people on our reservation but only three large towels in our room and two washcloths. The pool was out of towels and we had to ask the front desk and they only brought five, when there were about 15 people swimming, another family went to ask for more towels. We also had no hand soap in our room, there was shampoo near the bathroom counter but not hand soap, we ended up using the provided dish soap from the kitchen area to wash our hands. I was disappointed our experience didn’t reflect what I had read in reviews before booking this location.”

“Everything was going good till right before checkout and they wouldn’t let the kids swim because we were going to be checking out soon then wonder why there were no kids in the pool my kids were so upset ?. It’s not really a younger kid friendly hotel. Also you can’t even bring a friend to swim with your kids only the people on your reservation so they were bored all weekend ??♀️”
“Great place to stay, really felt at home. Lisa and Alishia are absolutely awsome to deal with. The rooms are nice and the housekeeping does a spectacular job of cleaning when the come in.”
“I have been here for almost 3 months. My only complaints are about poor communication about things like changes to cleaning schedules and the ridiculous prices for vending and laundry. I feel like they really take advantage of people and there aren't other options for grabbing a soda, snack or doing laundry.
Most of the staff is wonderful, especially Stacey. She goes above beyond, making sure guests know they can come to her if they need towels switched out, a vacuuming between cleaning and she's always friendly when she's cleaning, without slowing down so other guests are left waiting. Her positive attitude makes my stay more pleasant.”
