TownePlace Suites Columbus Dublin is a modern, clean, and well-kept newer property. The rooms are consistently described as big, much bigger than expected, and great. Each room features a full kitchenette, a refrigerator, and a nice television. A notable amenity is the walk-in shower, though guests should note it can become slick and water may spread to the bathroom floor. The hotel is very family friendly and offers a pool, a fitness center, and a guest laundry room. A full breakfast is served until 10 am. The staff receives exceptional praise for being the best, very courteous, friendly, helpful, and polite. Multiple reviews highlight that the staff goes out of their way to make a guest's stay an experience, with everyone from cleaning staff to supervisors being noted for their warmth. This commitment to hospitality is a standout feature. The location is also considered great, being close to Bridgepark. While the overall quality is good for the price, there was an isolated incident where a reported maintenance issue with a television was not addressed. Nonetheless, the hotel is highly recommended as a wonderful and comfortable place to stay.

Had an outstanding experience here, had some car troubles on a trip so I was stuck here unexpectedly for a few days and cannot say enough nice things about this place. Very helpful staff, super clean room as well as the facilities, top notch service!

Currently here. The guy at the front desk is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! He’s service is outstanding, he was funny, he laughed with us, he took care of my family!
