I had a situation and the way that he helped me through it with his courtesy and understanding and professionalism was beyond anything I’ve ever encountered. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. He is very good at his job and his deamaneor with myself and the other customers I’ve noticed is just a professional taking pride in his work and his ability to help others. If I could give 10 stars.,,,,, I’d give 20!!! Great job RJ and keep up the great work!!! Give this guy a raise and promotion!’ Seriously! “It was incredibly easy to lease the unit. I had questions about adding others for access...they were answered by the 'chat' helper. I went to the facility on Old Avery Rd in Dublin. Teresa was extremely helpful in setting up my digital access, which for some reason wasn't working. The unit was very clean and ready for move in. The entire lot was well maintained and gave me comfort in knowing my belongings were not going to be damaged by environmental issues.”
