“First of all, Sophia (office manager) is a ROCK STAR! It starts with prices and then customer service for me. Sophia is responsive and accommodating. Tip: Public Storage seems to change their specials weekly so check frequently.
Again, Sophia is a great office manager. She saw someone accidentally parked in my spot. She got it fixed before I returned. It’s nice knowing she has your back.”
