“I had a fantastic experience at the FedEx Print & Ship Center in Dublin. John helped me, and he truly went above and beyond.

I came in with my car completely full of items I needed to ship for work to a warehouse, and it felt like a pretty overwhelming task. John immediately stepped in and helped me unload my car, get everything boxed up properly, and make sure the shipping details matched the information I needed to provide to the vendor receiving the shipment. He was patient, organized, and incredibly helpful through the entire process (and it took like, 45 minutes).

What really stood out was his follow-through. About an hour after I left, he called me to let me know there had been a mix-up with some of the tracking numbers he initially gave me. He had already corrected it and emailed me the updated information so everything would be accurate on my end. That level of care and attention to detail meant a lot.

Customer service like this is rare these days. John made what could have been a stressful shipping situation easy and smooth. Truly a 10/10 experience. If you’re going to this FedEx location, I hope you get John!”

“This is an Amazing store with great customer service! Please stop coming into franchises and expecting not to pay for materials YOU need to complete YOUR shipment. The UPS Store is not required to tape ANY box in which the customer did not pay to ship at the store.

It’s taking responsibility for YOUR box if something were to happen just because they tapped it. BUY TAPE or stop shipping/returning stuff. It’s not fair to have to run a business and buy everything for the customers to COMPLAIN about a policy that you can GOOGLE. You go run a business and have your customers make complaints about you not giving free materials, it’s actually crazy to see these reviews and entitlement!

Stop blaming that amazing woman Tiffany! She is there by herself every time I come in and does an excellent job at connecting with her customers. If you pay attention while in the store and stop worrying about tape you would see how many people genuinely love the store!

Stop coming into the store feeling ENTITLED to supplies that should be purchased. If you want FREE tape, go to the store who chooses to do it for free regardless of UPS POLICY. maybe they have the money to do that and that’s great but stop trying to knock down a business for simply following the rules!

Also, if you packages don’t get scanned in CALL UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE! All of this information is on Google. Stop trying to blame this store for everything UPS. They do not put the packages on the truck and ship them. If you have a problem The store can not help and has to take the same avenue you do to solve the problem. Which they are also not required to do because The UPS Store and UPS ARE SEPARATE ENTITIES!

they try their best but y'all are expecting miracle workers and it doesn't work like that. Blame the truck drivers for not scanning in your package or ask for a receipt so you can physically see your package be scanned and if any problems occur after… it’s because of UPS not this UPS STORE”
