At this point, the dolly was critical since in needed to move heavy washer/dryer up and down stairs. The staff did a great job finding what I needed. Excellent customer service doesn't come from everything always being perfect, it comes from a crew that really cares about the customer and can fix problems when they arrive. This business is outstanding.”
