But due to their/our schedules not aligning, we've had to utilize another local mechanic in the area that offers a bit more flexibility, later hours which is extremely convenient for our family & also the labor rates seem to be a bit more fairly priced & affordable which can definitely be appreciated these days.”

“The battery gage on my truck started reading crazy. So I took it in to Preston Chevrolet service and they looked at it and that the battery and alternator was OK and not to worry.
Now the entire instrument cluster went crazy and the door buttons stopped working and then started working again. I found out that GM had issues with them but didn't recall them. My service manager is working on a possible solution. I've been going to Preston Chevrolet service for over +30 years now and they have always been helpful.”

“After the recent hail storm I took my Silverado in for repair. This was the second time in 3 weeks I have used this place to fix my truck (previous time was car wash damage) Both times the girls up front (Amber) and the folks in the back did exceptional work. Each time I got my truck back it was spotless. Their communication throughout the process is outstanding, never leaving me wonder what to expect or where things stood. “Discovered this place on my way to get an Ohio E-Check. I bought a tundra and was looking for a place to put a 3/1 suspension lift on it for a good price. Drove by and saw their sign. Called them up and had a great conversation with lou. He took care of it perfectly! Not only that, but he works on all kinds of machines. I have a dirt bike and an old racing quad with a two stroke, as well as 1973 Toyota fj40 with some electrical issues. It was a one stop shop/discovery for me!! Can't wait to work with Lou in the future! He needs a website! He could get so much more business. Solid dude.”
“Had no heat in van and a light issue they made repairs. The heater got a new cluster and it worked good for a month or so but now the hi fan setting stops working. The blend door actuarator seems to be working good. Steve did the work and he seems pretty knowledgeable on repairs.”

I took my truck there not to long ago and they messed up a little bit with some miss communication about some things on a inspection, but Bob the owner called me and apologized and wanted to make things right. That’s the only reason this isn’t 5 stars, is cause they did screw up a little bit , but I really appreciate them making things right. Definitely would recommend this shop, Bob the owner likes to make sure things get done right and the customers are happy. I”

“In a blinding snowstorm driving home from work my wipers stopped. The next morning was a Saturday and I called the service garage to see when I could get in. I spoke with Tim I believe. He said there was a recall on my car for the very same thing. He said get here before 10AM. I jumped in the car and went. Same day appointment, who does that anymore? In and out in less than 1 and1/2 hours. They also had a recall for my headlights they fixed. All I can say is AWESOME. Thank you so much as I lost sleep over this. You guys are great!”
