Our initial trust officer at TPC , assigned to us in 2020, could not be bothered with explaining the process, nor explaining the inner workings of our particular trust to us. We were very unhappy and frustrated with, not only that particular trust officer; but TPC as well. We were in the process of looking to move our funds to another company when Andrea Krol became our new Trust Officer. Once Andrea Krol came on board and started working with us, we have been nothing but pleased. “I took Home Equity Loan with Citizens and they directed me to Mary Jo at this branch to close the loan. She was a pleasure to work with and got my documents processed in around 15 minutes. No waiting when I arrived. Nationally the company is just okay. I've actually had some difficulty communicating with Citizens Loan Department on a national level. After closing I had another situation came up with checks drawn on the loan and this local office has been very easy to work with to return money to my account quickly. Thank you also to Angie at this branch who has made my business a priority.”
