Our initial trust officer at TPC , assigned to us in 2020, could not be bothered with explaining the process, nor explaining the inner workings of our particular trust to us. Once Andrea Krol came on board and started working with us, we have been nothing but pleased. “I went in yesterday without my bank card to withdraw money. God forbid!!! Jen R. asked for my identification, I presented it, and we proceeded with the transaction. She called someone for an over ride and all hell broke loose. The manager and the other Jen proceeded to interrogate her as if it was her first day of work. Very embarrassing!! Jen R. remained cool, calm, pleasant, kind, and helpful. I was disturbed by the way they behaved in front of me.”
