“I had an iphone X that had some water damage and an iphone 7 that needed a battery. Unfortunately, they couldn't save the X but didn't charge me anything to diagnose it. The service was fast and friendly and the new battery in the iphone 7 is working great. Highly recommend.”

“Good place to get a new sim card. Friendly employees with fast service, but the company needs to do something about their first plan always being a 60 dollar one. I wanted to get a 40 dollar one but because of technical issues we could only get 60 dollar one. It was easy to change to a 40 dollar one after though.”

“Very easy. Only problem was is that the service to my tablet was shut off without warning or my consent and not sure what to do or who to call about that. The phone I have works but is slow.”

“There was a mishap in the packaging department for my order placed on amazon - I was sent the wrong phone because of a mislabeled box - easy mistake, easy fix. Amazon was giving me an absolute headache with the return process. I decided to call Radio Hospital directly, and had the pleasure of speaking with Kim first. It wasn’t her department, but she took ample notes and relayed my message to the right person. Matt called me by that afternoon and did a wonderful job resolving the issue. We’ve ordered phones from them in the past and always have a great experience with our purchase. I’ll definitely use them again in the future, just maybe not through Amazon now that I have their direct info! Thanks a lot guys - you have amazing customer service and response time!!”

“We had a great experience at this location! Thank you Austin, your product knowledge and customer service skills are amazing! My husband and I scheduled an appointment online and we were assisted as soon as we came in the door ( the line was long). We came in to switch cell phone providers and possibly buy one phone. With Austin's assistance we switched to Spectrum Mobile, purchased two phones, and upgraded our home service as well. All around a great experience and we will be saving a total of $220.00 a month! Thank you Austin!”
