“Rented a vehicle to drive to my niece’s graduation. Mark waited on me. His friendly disposition is second to none. We ended up upgrading to a larger vehicle and I am glad we did. Mark was attentive and patiently showed us all the bells and whistles. Both getting the vehicle and returning it was quick and efficient. This is the only place I go for my rentals and I highly recommend it. Mark is especially amazing. I even overheard him taking care of a call from what seemed to be an unreasonable customer and he handled it with polite grace. I can’t say enough about this young man and this enterprise.”
