“Love working with the Amherst Enterprise branch! I know there was recently a change in management, so I was worried about a difference in service, but Juan has picked up right where Ziona left off. Excellent service, great people to work with!!! Highly recommend!!!”

“Incredible customer service from Chris, the manager at the Elyria Enterprise branch. My family was stranded after a highway accident, and insurance accidentally booked our replacement van at the wrong location. Chris was extremely patient as we got the reservation fixed. Since his location didn't have a minivan, he personally drove me to a nearby town's branch to make sure my family and I got the vehicle we needed. He was thoughtful, compassionate, and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!”
